Self-pickup must be arranged in advance via WhatsApp number 0543430034 or via the contact methods detailed on the website, after you have notified the customer that the order is ready.

Please note: in the case of an unusual delivery or delivery outside the borders of Israel, a fee will be charged according to the cost of the special delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to find out the unusual shipping cost before placing the order. International Shipping

International Shipping 80₪ – Up to 30 Business Days.

Exchange, return and cancellation of a transaction

The item can be returned up to 14 days from receiving the shipment or from the day the order was collected from the studio.
Exchange and refund will be possible only after the product arrives back to the studio in its original packaging, when it has not been used and is complete without defect/damage/damage of any kind to the Lala fshasha studio by prior arrangement.

The product will be returned at the customer's expense and responsibility and will be considered a returned product, only when it is received at the studio.
The cancellation of the transaction will be done in writing via email to the address info@lala-fshasha.com , or by contacting the customer service on WhatsApp at the number 0543430034. The customer's name, order number, the name of the item and the reason for the return must be included.

A refund will be given up to 48 hours after returning the product to the studio, minus a 5% cancellation fee or NIS 100, whichever is the cheaper, as written by law. A transaction that has been canceled before it has been packed and sent will receive a 100% refund of the payment.
